DARREN DAWSON
Hi, I'm Darren, I have studied for the past two years at Dundee & Angus college for my HND in photography. My main passion is wildlife photography. I also enjoy portraiture, landscape, advertising and social photography. I have learnt a lot of new photography and editing techniques in the past two years. Hopefully these new skills will help me find suitable employment within the Creative Industries sector once I have completed my college course in July. When I'm not out with my camera taking pictures of wildlife, I enjoy the great outdoors with my wife and springer spaniel Beauty. My other hobbies include playing the drums and listening to 80's music.
For myself, photography is much more than just making memories - it is an art form which allows me to express myself. When I have captured an image, I allow the viewer to come into my space and go on a journey with me. Completing my HND will eventually allow me to develop the ability to confidently explore new ideas and hopefully kickstart my future photography career,
